1. How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment please use the form on the Contact page. I will respond within 24 hours.

2. How long is my first appointment?

Your first appointment is 60 minutes as there will be some ground to cover. Scroll down to Q5 for an overview of what we’ll be covering in our first session together.

A follow up appointment for 30 mins.
A check in apointment is 15 mins.

3. What do I need to bring?

When you arrive at your appointment it’s good to bring any test results you may have if they are current or in the past year. Any medication or supplements you are taking at the present or a list of what you have taken in the past.

4. How much does it cost?

Your initial 60 minute appointment is $130.
Your 30 minute follow up appointments are $80.
Your 15 minute check in appointments are $50.

5. What is involved in the first session?

The first session is a conversation about who you are, what your health questions are, any symptoms you may have. What you want addressed. There are some tests that can be done on that appointment e.g. blood pressure and sometimes blood glucose (not fasting) can be checked along with body signs e.g. skin, tongue, nail signs etc. We will discuss any further tests if required, and we will discuss what you are looking to achieve.

6. What payment options do you offer?

Payment when invoiced up to seven days.

7. Is it easy to find parking?

Parking is easy, there are visitor bays behind the building, or across the road at the shops or street parking too.

8. Do I have to have a referral?

No, there is no referral required.

9. Are you going to make me drink gross liquids?

The supplements or herbal formulas that are prescribed can taste unpleasant to some, but we will discuss what you can and are willing to comply with.

10. What if I can’t make it to my appointment?

If you can’t keep an appointment, 24 hours notice is desirable, and rescheduling no charge. If you make the appointment online and pay up front generally there is no refund, but of course willing to reschedule
